7. Lagos, Nigeria
Lagos was the former capital of Nigeria before it was moved to Abuja in 1988. The beauty, sights, people and most of all the cultural diversity that can be found in the Largest City in Nigeria is quite enormous.
When it comes to what you’ll find here, to the north is the National Museum Lagos where you get to see several cultural craftworks and artifacts displayed. You also get to see the Freedom Park which was once a colonial-era prison (nowadays, there are major concerts happening here).
I’m pretty sure you’d find anything you want right here in Lagos and it’s a must go destination when it comes to beautiful places in Africa.
8. Cape Town, South Africa
To the southwest coast of South Africa is the beautiful city of Cape Town. Some things to know about Cape town include well-known landmarks such as Table Mountain and Cape Point. This city for sure has been known as one of the most culturally diverse cities in the world.
