17. Gaborone, Botswana

Garbrorone might not ring a bell. In fact, this might be your first time hearing that word, but it sure is one beautiful city in Africa. According to Wikipedia, Gaborone, which is the capital of Botswana has the Gaborone Game Reserve which shelters native animals such as wildebeest and impala, plus resident and migratory birds. Talk about sheltering animals, there’s yet another reserve, that shelters rhinos and giraffes known as the Mokolodi Nature Reserve.

Yet another city from South Africa. South Africa has some of the most beautiful places on the continent and Johannesburg is one place we couldn’t skip. It once was home to Nelson Mandela and Desmond Tutu. This city remains South Africa’s biggest city and there are tons of things to expect.
