EE launches UK’s first-ever gamers’ workout. Broadband provider EE has collaborated with fitness expert and influencer Obi Vincent and eSports organization EXCEL to create the world’s first Gaming Intensity Fitness Training (GIFT) workout. The workout includes:

- Reducing neck and shoulder strain.
- Increasing energy.
Gamers who like to stay in shape to enjoy their sedentary hobby and improve their skills are encouraged to undertake a new customized workout plan. The 15 to 20-minute workout includes a variety of simple exercises to increase general stamina and wrist, neck, and back strength and flexibility.

Gamers can follow the exercises on a YouTube video featuring UK fitness specialist OBi Vincent and EXCEL ESPORTS’ Performance Manager, Ewen Bufton, demonstrating the workouts. Simple actions like finger flexing and neck, shoulder, and wrist rotations are demonstrated by OBi and gaming influencer and twitch streamer Sunpi.
