Blogger has always been the best free blogging platform no doubts with options for users to be able to change their blog designs. If you do not know how to design your template yourself, you could download free blogger templates and upload them to change the design. Here is a step by step procedure to do that.
1. Visit www.blogger.com and then login your blogger account.
2. Click the link with DESIGN. Now click on the EDIT HTML tab.
3. The page loads with a form to upload the template. Click on the form and select your template from where you saved it.
