If you’re a gamer and a Nicki Minaj fan, Call of Duty season 5 is one to look forward to.
Call of Duty is known for using celebrities as characters in their game and they are featuring Niki Minaj in season 5. Nicki Minaj is the first-ever female celebrity operator playable character, announced by Activision. She will be appearing in Warzone and Modern Warfare 2 as part of CoD’s “50 Years of Hip Hop Celebration,” alongside Snoop Dogg and 21 Savage.
In the past celebrities like Lionel Messi, Kevin Durant, and Snoop Dogg have been featured severally on the game but Minaj is said to be “Call of Duty’s first-ever self-named female Operator,” by the developer.
When you think of Nicki Minaj you think of the color pink, she will have her storefront in the season, including sales of hot pink rifles, which is expected.
We got to hear of the Nicki Minaj feature last year in a YouTube video called squad up, which also featured other celebrities like Lil Baby, Bukayo Saka, and Pete Davidson. It’s not certain if they’ll also be in the CoD season 5 same time as Nicki Minaj.
You can check on the season 5 website for information about the 9mm ISO submachine, the AN-94 assault rifle, and other weapons. Warzone 2.0 adds new locations like Verdansk Stadium.
The upcoming Call of Duty 2023 (Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3), in Warzone will be revealed in season 5. Season 05 of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II and Call of Duty: Warzone is set to launch on August 2 across all platforms.
