Techno 7c Pro is an upgrade from the droid pad to appeal to buyers and accommodates both ‘phone + pad’. Meaning it can perform both functions moderately well. It comes with a greater processor, bigger memory capacity and ability to perform more operation, not forgetting an upgraded camera features.
Design
Designed with a full metal body, it maintains a thickness of 8.5m. Not much, but at least its good for a phone its size. You can get in Champagne Gold, Space Greg and Silver. It features a screen resolution of 600 x 1,024 pixels, very low, but manageable.
Performance
The Tecno 7C Pro comes with a more powerful MediaTek MT8321 processor for better performance than its predecessor. Its quad-core CPU runs at a speed of 1.3 GHz.
It also features a Mali-400 GPU and 1 GB of RAM, which I definitely consider to be slow. However, inbuilt storage capacity has been bumped from 8 GB to 16 GB. Users will be able to expand the storage by another 32 GB with the aid of a micro-SD card. The Tecno 7C Pro runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system. the device also packs a 3000mAh battery with fast charging and also comes with a dual sim capacity, one micro sim and the other a normal sim.
Camera
The Techno 7c pro has a 2-megapixel rear camera, a 2MP front-facing camera both with LED Flash and video recording. This is a good development from its predecessor.
Verdict
Although the Techno 7c Pro is definitely a development to the Droidpad 7c, it’s not the best there is. The Techno 7c pro comes with a lot of outdated features also. The resolution is way poor, the processor is too slow and its RAM is small and outdated and of there so many better Tablets out there with better features. However, the Techno 7c pro is a relatively nice phone; although not equipped with recent features, it is acceptable as its price is very much affordable especially for Pads its size. It is a good choice for anyone looking for something big and affordable.
