Tecno Camon C7 is a smartphone Tecno added to their store and line of Camon C series, after the release of C5 and C8 we all expected, the next to come device from Tecno would be either a Camon C9 rather here is the Camon C7 with amazing features to suit users wants. Actually, because of the name tag C7, some would ask how does this succeed C9, C7 come with a more promising price tag along with it that will make you wanna dump your present smartphone.
Design
The Tecno Camon C7 is available in different beautiful colors which include champagne gold, Rose Gold, Elegant Blue and the Sandstone Black. The smartphone is slim with a curvy back. It looks just like the design of the Tecno Camon C9 if having since C9 you wanna said that C7 is the mini version. Just like the Camon C9, all the buttons are located on the right side. This device weighs 142g, just making the device very light. But that doesn’t make it the lightest device out there.
Performance
There is a notable difference between Camon C9 and C7 with is the screen size, C7 has a smaller screen size which features 5.0 inches, 720 x 1280 pixels, 294 pixels per inch (PPI). It runs Android 6.0 marshmallow operating system. The device won’t lag as it has a 2GB of Ram and the 64-bit quad-core processors to ensure smooth experience during operation. It rocks with 2500mAh removable battery capacity which last long, you don’t get to charge always, depending if you are a game addict.
Camera
Tecno Camon offers an improved 13Mp and front and rear camera and also include 4128 x 3096-pixel pictures, HDR, autofocus, Geo-tagging, panorama camera with LED flash. There is one feature Camon C7 has that is very nice, I love the feature because it allows me takes pictures and I won’t be noticed and it makes the taking of pictures extremely easily with my fingers. It has a dedicated shutter button, which you would never know I am taking pictures of you.
The dedicated shutter buttons serve as a quick launch to the camera. By long pressing it, the camera is launched. By double pressing it, the camera is launched and a picture is taken immediately.
Verdict
Camon C7 smartphone is a good device with a very good camera just like the Camon C9. I won’t be mistaken if I tag the device a mini to C9, Battery is decent and the display is sharp and colorful. It is just a nice device that will draw people’s attention.
