  1. Sometimes Google play store apps are country restricted.
  2. Some apps that are being paid for on Google play store are downloded for free on some other app stores.

Okay! Let’s see some google playstore alternatives.

List Of 10 Google Play Store Alternatives

10. APPSLIB :
This app store comes pre-installed on many small android devices, mainly tablets, the Appslib app store has over 40,000 apps on its app market. Though this one is mostly found on android devices which couldnt get Google certification.

9. SAMSUNG APPS :
Samsung has been doing good in the mobile market esspecially in their androis series, servicec and contents have been offered by samsung and among these are apps known as Samsung Galaxy Apps. Unlike some other Android app stores, the Samsung Apps validates all third-party applications for malware and harmful content before making them available for download or purchase through the store. This validation process includes verification of installation permissions.

8. 1MOBILE :
This is another app store that rock’s, the 1Mobile app store has almost 1 million apps available on its app market, its leaves you confused as to which app you shoud download, as there are alot of apps available for download.

7. MOBANGO :
This community driven mobile market allows it’s users to create and share a wide variety of mobile content, you’ll get to love Mobango as not only mobile apps are being shared. Probably, I wouldn’t call it an android market, as other mobile OS like Windows Mobile, BlackBerry, Java, Symbian are also well represented with Over 100, 000 apps and has over 1 billion totally downloads.

6. MOBOGENIE MARKET :
This is another large directory of android apps, I refer this to a ‘modern android app market’, it has a very simple and clean interface and also easy to navigate around, which makes it user friendly. Whats else does Mobogenie Market do? They let you download free ringtones, download youtube videos directly on your mobile etc.

5. OPERA MOBILE STORE :
The Opera app store has alot of app categories available for download, this app store has been around for a while now, there are alot of apps for different OS but assuredly you can get almost every app you nees and also they are safe for your device.

3. GETJAR :This app store has over 2 billion apps with over 3 million daily download, app developers are allowed to upload their apps on getjar for free, giving people access to free downloads of supposed paid apps. GetJar interface is almost similar to play storE it also has various categories like games, music, health, movies etc. One good thing about this app store is that one can use this app store on other operating systems like iOS, windows etc.

2. F-DROID :
When searching for the good free and open source android app repository also when talking about where else to download malware free android apps then F-droid is another great option. as this is one of the most secured android app market place with very strict requirements before an app can be uploaded on the app store. The number of apps ready for download on F-Droid is little compared to most app stores as most developers find it difficult to meet up the strict requirements.

1. AMAZON APP STORE :The Amazon App Store is the official app store which is pre-installed on Amazon Kindle Fire Devices by Amazon, this is the first on my list as it is a major competitor of the Google’s Play Store with lots of cool features which include getting a free premium app on daily bases, and you also get to try a premium app for a day. As at now, the Amazon App Store has over 250,000 android apps both free and paid. If you are looking for a place to download malware free apps then your first alternative to Google Play Store should be the Amazon App Store as they screen well apps before allowing on their android app market.

other than the google playstore I think amazon is a good place to get android apps as you’ve mentioned, even for bb10 devices. Never really noted this restrictions as placed by the google playstore, always seemed to get most apps i wanted. good post though..
