Top 6 time management tips: Time is what connects events and, ultimately, our lives. Time is unchangeable, it waits for no man.
A day is made up of 24 hours, this is insufficient. There appears to be no end to the number of tasks that must be completed. Other times, we spend so much time perfecting a piece of work that we don’t realize we’ve put in more time than we should.
Over the years, I realized I had a problem with time management. I’ll spend a whole day trying to perfect a task, but luckily I don’t do that anymore.
In this article, I’ll be highlighting tips that would help you manage your time creatively.
1. Prioritize your activities:
You have content to create, code to write, videos to edit, and design to complete, among other things. Keep your cool. Spend some time organizing your activities and prioritizing them. It could be arranged in descending order of importance or urgency.
This helps you understand what you need to do for the day and, more importantly, how to do it. What I do is, I set my to-do before going to bed, Microsoft to do is a good app for scheduling your activities, or you write them on a sticky note.
2. Plan your activities:
Have you ever picked up your phone to send an important message or simply check your mail only to realize you’ve spent two hours on social media? That’s what happens when you don’t plan your day. Set aside time for each of these activities; for example, one hour to read a book or create a design.
