Twitter has announced that it is set to launch the ability to schedule tweets on its platform. The highly anticipated feature, which is currently available within Tweet deck and other 3rd-party clients will let users write posts in advance and publish them in the future.
This feature will surely appeal to a small niche of users, especially the people that work within the publishing and professional social media sector. It is also Twitter’s way of regaining the ground it has lost to competitors like Buffer and Hubspot, who provide paid social media management tools.
This feature has been worked on for a while now. Popular hacker, Jane Manchun Wong, known for discovering secret features within social media applications actually revealed this secret 2 months ago. What do you like? Will you have a need for it? Let us know.
