WhatsApp Beta for Windows Phone Update: (Speed and New Features)

According to the grapevine WhatsApp is running a closed beta for its Windows Phone app — this beta version has been tested by limited number of user’s, as there’s no way to sign up for it. Report tells that this WhatsApp Beta picked up an update, introducing several new features and improvements to the app.

It was reported by the folks at WPCentral that WhatsApp Beta comes with several speed improvements, which boosts the overall performance of the app.

The latest update also gives users the ability to do the following;

? Ability to view the number of participants in a specific group

? Some UI changes for the picture preview window

? Ability to add captions to the images you share.
