The highly anticipated event will reportedly launch on March 8. Due to the continuing COVID-19 pandemic, the event will likely be virtual rather than in-person. March 8 coincides with Apple’s usual event schedule, and if the event holds on March 8, we might expect that Apple will send out invitations approximately the week before.
There has been a lot of conjecture about the products Apple will announce during the event since the date was leaked on tech news blogs. Rumors are that Apple is working on a lower-cost iPhone and a new iPad.
Apple is anticipated to release a 5th generation iPad Air during the March event. The iPad Air will likely feature Apple’s latest A15 Bionic chipset and the new 12MP ultra-wide front camera with Center Stage. According to reports, it’ll also have a Quad-LED true tone flash and a 5G connection.
According to reports, we might expect Apple to release a new iMac Pro, which is rumored, to feature a larger display. The iMac Pro and the 27-inch iMac could be equipped with Apple’s new M1 Pro and M1 Max chipsets. Furthermore, reports claim that the new iMac Pro design would be comparable to the current M1 iMac. The new 27-inch iMac will feature a mini led panel and Apple’s ProMotion technology.
Other releases rumored to be coming this March are; iOS 15.4, including Face ID support for masks, Universal Control, and new emoji. The iOS 15.4 is presently in developer and public beta testing.
Apple’s March 8 event is definitely in the cards as it coincides with previous years’ usual Apple launch schedule.
