Fitbit has taken its smartwatch ahead of its counterparts wit introduction of WhatsApp and other messenger apps notifications when paired with Android smartphone.
Within the Android Fitbit app there is an option to turn on notifications for WhatsApp, Skype and Google Hangout messages within the ‘Text notifications’ settings screen.
This is a big plus for Fitbit fans as they can now receive a third party applications.
