Everybody obviously, would want to be known as the kid next door with the latest tech. With the release of the Infinix Note 5, owners of the predecessor would want to have their hands on the new iteration. But is it actually worth the upgrade? We are going to find out from in this article.
But before listing out the differences between the Infinix Note 4 and Note 5, let us get to know summarily about the Infinix Note 5 Android smartphone. While we have a detailed review of the device here, you might want to watch a video review below.
The Infinix Note 5 is a successor to the 2017’s Infinix Note 4. A lot of smartphone users will quite agree with me that the Infinix Note 4 didn’t do enough to outclass the Infinix Note 3. But this time, Infinix made a thing to actually outdo themselves here this time.
Design & Camera
The Note series has been known to be one of the most successful series from Infinix industry. And it’s as well the most important for the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) company. It’s the best series so far from them and if you are hoping the Infinix Note 5 doesn’t disappoint, well it doesn’t.
The Infinix Note 5 comes in a slightly different look as compared to other smartphones under the Note series. The fingerprint sensor of the Infinix Note 4 is front mounted, while the fingerprint sensor of Note 5 has been moved to the back to make room for a bigger screen. The rear camera of the Infinix Note 4 is at the top center just like the Note 2 and Note 3, while on the Infinix Note 5, the rear camera is aligned at the top left corner with the LED flash.
Well, below I shall be given you a detailed comparison between this two devices (Infinix Note 4 and Note 5) as it will tell us more about the composition.
When we talk about the camera, the Note 5 comes packed with a way better camera, with higher pixel size and better handling/representation of images. Below is a photo that was taken with the Infinix Note 5 outdoor.

Performance
If we want to discuss performance, there is not much to say other than the Infinix Note 5 wins hands down here. It handled a lot of tasks thrown to it efficiently with the Octa Core 2.0GHz Mediatek Processor on this device.
Battery
The battery on the Note 5 has been slightly bumped from 4300mAh to 4500mAh and that would mean a better or extra battery experience here.
Other things to consider include a better design, in my opinion, this phone feels lighter. Thus if you have to means for an upgrade, then the new Infinix Note 5 is absolutely worth every penny from the Note 4.
