Design
When it comes to design, the Tecno Pouvoir 3 features a nice design as well as a sleek body which makes it easy to fit into the palm.
The back of the new smartphone is very impressive with its glossy back cover. Still, on the back of the smartphone, you will find a single primary camera followed by the LED flash and then fingerprint sensor all vertically placed at the center.
The smartphone features a body dimension of 3.8 mm for thinness, 157.6 mm x 76 x 8.5 mm, and 160g for weight. Meanwhile, the right-hand side of the smartphone holds the power button and volume rockers. While the left-hand side holds the MicroSD card slot and the dual SIM slot.

The primary camera is a single 13MP camera sensor with an AI capability aided. The primary camera is also assisted by a powerful LED flash for taking decent photos even in low light conditions. The camera takes decent photos and is also capable of recording videos of 1080p at 30fps.

For the selfie lovers, you are presented with a 13MegaPixel which also doubles as FaceID as well. Just like the primary camera, the selfie camera can also shoot 1080p videos and comes in with a LED flash, and AI beauty for the best selfie.

Performance
Powering the Tecno Pouvoir 3 is a MediaTek MT6739 SoC chipset which oversees the everyday performance of the smartphone. The chipset also has an octa-core processor which runs at 1.5GHz.
The chipset is also assisted by a PowerVR GE8100 GPU which handles the gaming and graphics. For multitasking purposes and others, you have the 2GB of RAM which is also assisted by 32GB internal storage.

Despite having a powerful large battery, we currently have not heard any words from Tecno concerning if the smartphone features any fast charging technology.
