If you immediately wanted to disable the floating ball or “Tecno Ball Helper” icon that appears on most of the Tecno devices out of the box (like in the Tecno Spark and Pouvoir smartphones), then you are not alone.

Disable Tecno T-Point Floating Ball

Here’s how one user on Nairaland describes the ball.

The icon is very irritating. It is always on the screen regardless of the app you are on. Please who knows how to disable it?

I recently reviewed the Tecno Pouvoir 2 and seeing that floating ball on my screen was quite annoying, I immediately decided to get rid of it as it was simply being more of an annoyance than what it was supposedly meant for. I only did disturb my experience with the device. If you are like me and want to get it off your screen, then this post is for you.

How To Remove Tecno Floating Button

  1. Launch the Tpoint app on your Tecno phone. (You can easily find this app in the Hi Tecno folder of your Tecno phone or check your app drawer.
  2. Tap the switch icon to turn off the Tpoint on your device

And that’s how easy it is to disable that annoying floating ball on your Tecno phone.

Do you wish to enable the floating helper ball? reverse the process above and have the ball back for you.

I hope you did find this little tip on how to disable t-point small dot helper on your Tecno android devices useful.
