Huawei finally releases their much-anticipated smartphone, the Huawei Honor 10 Lite, which featured a premium finishing on the back, gradient colors options and elegant display.
The Huawei Honor 10 Lite was both announced and released on November 2018 and ships in with nice features like the jumbo size 6.21” screen, 4GB or 6GB RAM + 128GB internal storage, Kirin 710 with support for GPU Turbo 2.0, 12 nm SoC by HiSilicon. Let’s see the design the Huawei-owned sub-brand, the Honor 10 Lite which is the stripped down model of the Honor 10 Smartphone comes with.
The Honor 10 Lite features premium design and comes in with a jumbo size 6.21-inch Full-HD+ 1080p display, with a pixel density of 415ppi. The smartphone also comes with the trending waterdrop-style notch design.
The newly arrived smartphone records an 83.1% screen-to-body ratio, which resulted in a slimmer and smaller bezel both at the bottom and top. The Honor 10 Lite also has a body dimension of 154.8mm for hight, 73.64mm for the width and the 7.95mm thickness. The smartphone weighs 162 grams.
On the back of the smartphone, there is a dual camera setup, a fingerprint sensor and also comes available in four color options; the Lily White, Gradient Red, Midnight Black, and the Gradient Blue. Sincerely, the blue and red gradient back panel are quite sophisticated and alluring.
On the back of the Huawei Honor 10, Lite is seated a vertically placed dual cameras, which consist of a 13-megapixel shooter with f/1.8 aperture and another secondary 2-megapixel sensor for depth sensing.
The camera also comes with an AI-features, which allows the smartphone to learn newer things and environments.
On the front side of this device is where you find the 24-megapixels selfie camera that can do pixel-binning to emulate 1.8µm pixel size and is also able to recognize at least eight different scenes. The selfie camera is also powered by an AI-features and is capable of learning from the selfies you take every day.
The Huawei Honor 10 Lite Out runs on the latest EMUI 9.0.1, which is based on Android 9.0 Pie the latest Operating system. The also uses the Octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 710 processor, which is clocked at 2.2GHz frequency. The smartphone also supports GPU Turbo 2.0.
The Huawei Honor 10 Lite has two storage options the 64/128 GB, 6 GB RAM or 64/4 GB RAM configuration for internal storage. The software features are similar to that of the Honor 8X.
The smartphone also features some network and connectivity, which includes the following: Bluetooth 4.2 LE, 4G VoLTE, 3.5mm audio jack, Wi-Fi 802.11 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, GPS/ GLONASS and GPS.
Powering the Huawei Honor 10 Lite is a powerful Non-removable Li-Po 3400 mAh battery. The smartphone uses the 5V/2A 10W to add more juice to the battery.

The Honor 10 Lite comes in three configurations, and each have their own price tag which is stated below:
- Honor 10 Lite 4GB RAM + 64GB storage sold for CNY1,399 / N72,600 / $200 / €175
- The 6GB RAM / 64GB storage sold for CNY1,699 / N88,900 / $245 / €215 and
- HThe 6GB RAM / 128GB model sold for CNY1,899 / N99,800 /$275 / €240.

The Huawei Honor 10 Lite will certainly carry out any moderate task thrown at it, but, unfortunately, in an overcrowded midrange market, this smartphone doesn’t offer anything that can make it stand out from the crowd. Don’t get it twisted, this device is decent all-round, but it’s a tough one actually to suggest to someone when considering other offers from competitors.
