Ever since the information about the introduction of the ZTE Nubia X got to our team, every of our team member has been super excited to receive another new device from Chinese multinational telecommunications systems and equipment company who are ranking as the fourth-largest mobile phone manufacturers in the world.

The ZTE Nubia X which was announced on October 2018, and will be available in China starting from November 5, features an amazing, jaw-dropping and out of this world designs, such that only exist in our imagination. The 6.26-inch touchscreen display device is something we are so excited to talk about and we are going to be giving you an in-depth review of this new innovative astonishing smartphone.

So, read on to know more about all the details of this great device like the design, specs, features, price, release date and so much more.

Design

Down to the design section, which is all about the build of the ZTE Nubia X. Just every other “X” series in other smartphones that are currently sold in the market today, the newly launched ZTE Nubia X also comes with some interesting features on the table.

And we are going to be starting right away and discussing the back-to-back displays that the new amazing device comes with. At the Right front section of this device is seated a large 6.26-inch FHD+ LCD screen, coupled with a notch-less and seamless edge-to-edge look just like what the OPPO Find X comes with.

I know that the question that is currently ringing in most people’s mind is this, where did ZTE hide the selfie camera? in the first instance, there’s nothing to hide, because this new device doesn’t technically feature a front-facing camera otherwise known as the selfie camera. And this brings us to the secondary 5.1-inch HD+ OLED screen that is at the back of the ZTE Nubia X.  To make things a little bit less complicated, the ZTE Nubia X comes with two screens, one large 6.26-inch FHD+ LCD primary screen seated in the front of this device and another 5.1-inch HD+ OLED secondary screen.

So, you don’t have to worry too much about taking selfies, because that is still possible with the 24-megapixel and 16-megapixel dual cameras that are at the back, you can still take selfie images with the dual cameras while using the 5.1-inch HD+ OLED secondary screen at the back as the preview screen.

Apart from acting as a viewfinder,  the 5.1-inch HD+ OLED back screen can still display custom signatures, animated wallpapers, and an analog clock, that actually offers to you a variety of options that can be used to make the look very unique and amazing.

The rear 5.1-inch HD+ OLED screen is a touchscreen and can be used or act as a secondary controller buttons on some selected games. And this is to let you know that, ZTE clearly had this feature well planned out.

Apart from the two amazing two screens that this new device features, the ZTE Nubia X also houses two fingerprint scanners on each side. Though this feature may be sounding a kind of weird, nevertheless it’s really cool and convenient if you’re using either right or left hand to unlock the ZTE Nubia X. The fingerprint doesn’t just end its own work at only unlocking your device, it also serves as a navigation button.

The ZTE Nubia X is available in only four colors which are, Blue gold, Sea blue, Deep gray and Black gold.

Camera

Let us begin with the rear camera. The ZTE Nubia X comes with a dual rear camera; 24-megapixel and 16-megapixel respectively. I know most ladies are always more concerned about the selfie cameras than any other part of a phone, but I’m sorry to disappoint you this time because the ZTE Nubia X is built in a way that it technically doesn’t feature any front-facing camera AKA selfie camera.

But, luckily you can still use the 24 and 16 megapixels at the back of this new device to take selfies as a result of the rear 5.1-inch HD+ OLED screen that serves as a viewfinder.

Performance

Over to the ZTE Nubia X performance section. For those who are curious about the performance department of this amazing device, don’t worry because we got it locked-down on this feature-packed device. The ZTE Nubia X is powered by the trusty and current Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor, backed up with an 8GB worth of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage.

The ZTE Nubia X ships with Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box with ZTE’s Nubia UI 6.0.2 interface on top. With the combination of all these performance specs in the ZTE Nubia X, you are sure to get everything you want to be done with this device at the speed of light.

Battery

The ZTE Nubia X comes with a powerful 3800 mAh Li-Po non-removable battery. Luckily for every fan of the ZTE Nubia X, the smartphone features Fast battery charging technology 9V/2A 18W (Quick Charge 4.0).

Other Features

    • FM ~ No,
    • 3.5mm Jack ~ No,
    • Expandable storage ~ No.

ZTE Nubia X Price

The ZTE Nubia X is available on shopping stores or most online stores in your region, and the starting price of this device is from $520, which is about (N190.000) in Nigerian currency.

Verdict

The ZTE Nubia X features amazing, jaw-dropping and out of this world kind of designs, such that only exist in our imagination. With its front 6.26-inch and 5.1 inches back OLED touchscreen display, you are sure to get an amazing media and gaming experience.
