One of the world’s largest technological investors Prosus today announced the final agreement on the acquisition of Stack Overflow, a leading company in the field of information technologies for $ 1.8 billion.
Stack Overflov, one of the 50 most popular websites in the world, for the age of 13 created a global company and actively participated in the community of developers and technologists, serving more than 10 million people around the world.
Recall that in 2008 this resource was founded as an open website of questions and answers for the developer community.
