Glo 5 Days Data Plans

As at time of this post, Glo Nigeria offers only one 5-day plan at 210MB f0r N200. You can get this plan with the data bonus at 256MB. To activate the Glo N200 plan, simply send “56” without quotes in an sms to 127 or dial *127*56#.

Some people refer to this plan as the Glo weekly plan. I think it sort of represents a weekly internet plan on Glo.

Glo 2 Weeks Data Plans

Glo Nigeria also offers a Data Plan for 2 weeks that costs only N500 with 800MB worth of data. The plan remains valid for a period of 14 days from activation. To activate the Glo N200 plan, simply send “57” without quotes in an sms to 127 or dial *127*57#.

Glo Auto-Renewal & How To Cancel AutoRenewal

Data Plans are usually auto-renewed as long as you have enough credit on your line. To cancel the auto-renewal feature, simply text  ‘Cancel’ to 127. Your current data subscription will not be disabled but continue until the end of the validity period without being automatically renewed.

Is There a Data RollOver Feature on Glo

Definitely, your unused data will be rolled over as long as you auto-renew or subscribe for a plan before the current glo data plan expires.

      Glo BIS isn’t currently working on PC, and talking about which internet network is faster among those, I would consider the fact that locations also play a role here.

      Thanks a ton Ife. Exhausting your 4GB data actually depends on how you make use of the internet. Downloading heavy files can zap that in a day, while surfing the net might last you through the month. Talking about the Glo GBAM tariff plan, you can read more here.

    Hi, my br. Job well do done. Do u know if etisalat has reduced their smartc data plan. Smartc is 4k for just 1.5 gig. It’s really too exp.compared to airtel 4.5 gig for 3500. But d airtel is poor in my area.

      It has no configuration, though there are tweaks that you might get occasionally that has the BIS working on android device. This post doesn’t specify those.

      Seems you do not have any Blackberry plan active, so your internet activities is been charged based on your airtime. Try out any BIS plan, and you’ll have that fixed, or moreso, disable any app that automatically connects to the internet.
