Glo Night Plan Code, Price and Time in Nigeria (2026)
Glo's night plan is ₦60 for 350MB or ₦120 for 750MB, and it works from 12am to 5am. The code, the weekend plans and how to check your balance.
To buy Glo’s night plan, dial *312# and pick it from the data menu. Glo’s FAQ calls the menu option for its weekend plans “Night and Weekend”, so look there. There are two sizes, and each purchase covers a single night.
The plan this page described in 2019, 1GB for ₦200 with the code *127*60#, is no longer on Glo’s website, and neither is the code. The prices, hours and codes below are the ones on Glo Nigeria’s own data pages.

All four are bought with *312#. Glo’s site gives no shorter code for any of them. Every Glo customer can buy them, new or existing, and they work in phones, modems and routers.
The hours: 12am to 5am
Night data on Glo runs for five hours, from 12am to 5am. People often search for 11pm to 6am. That is MTN’s window, not Glo’s.
The cut-off is exact. Glo’s own example is someone who browses from 11.51pm to 12.30am: the first nine minutes come out of their ordinary data, and only what they use after midnight comes from the night plan.
Two more rules from Glo’s FAQ are worth knowing before you start a big download:
- If the night data runs out before 5am, the phone carries on using your ordinary data, if you have any. A download left running can eat a monthly plan.
- If you hold a night plan and also have free night data from another plan, the night plan is used first.
Night data that comes with other plans
Most of Glo’s ordinary plans include some night data at no extra cost. It works in the same window, 12am to 5am.

If nights are all you want, the night plan is the cheaper route. Seven nights of the 750MB plan cost ₦840 and give 5,250MB, a little over 5GB. The ₦1,000 weekly plan gives 2GB of night data, though it adds 1.7GB for the daytime.
There is one catch with the free night data. Glo’s FAQ says that once the anytime part of a plan is used up, whatever night data is left goes with it. Every plan and its price is on our page of Glo data plans.
Weekend and Sunday plans
The weekend plan is ₦200 for 875MB or ₦500 for 2.5GB, and it works on Saturday and Sunday only. You can buy it on any day. Buy on a Wednesday and the data waits for the coming Saturday. It does not start on Friday, and anything unused on Sunday night is not carried forward.
This page once listed a 3GB plan for ₦500, with the code *127*61#. Nothing of that size is among Glo’s night or weekend plans now. ₦500 buys the 2.5GB weekend plan, and *312# is the way to get it.
Glo’s FAQ also describes a Sunday plan: ₦200 for 1.25GB, usable only on the Sunday after you buy it. It is not among the plans on Glo’s main data page, so look for it in the *312# menu before you count on it.

The hourly plans start counting the moment you buy them. YouTube Special works at any hour but only on YouTube. Tuesday Data Fiesta is sold on Tuesdays only, in the Glo Café app, and cannot be bought with a USSD code. It also comes as 500MB for ₦100, 3GB for ₦500 and 6GB for ₦900.
That Tuesday plan is the nearest thing Glo has to the 1GB for ₦200 people remember, and it works at any hour for the 24 hours it lasts.
Night calls
Glo sells night minutes as well. Its voice bundles include ₦50 for 5 minutes and ₦100 for 11 minutes, for calls to any Nigerian network between 10pm and 5am. Dial *555# to buy one and *310*2# to see the minutes left. The daytime bundles and Glo’s call rates are on our page about Glo’s tariff plans.
How to check your night data balance

How to stop the night plan renewing
Night and weekend plans can renew by themselves. When you buy one, the menu asks whether you want auto-renewal or a one-off purchase. Pick one-off if you only want tonight.
To stop a plan that is already set to renew, Glo’s FAQ says to send CANCEL to 127, or to use hsi.glo.com.

MTN’s is the cheapest per gigabyte and runs two hours longer, but it belongs to the MTN X tariff plan. The code for it is on our page about MTN’s tariff plans. Airtel’s is on its own data plans page and is bought from Airtel’s *312# menu. Glo’s 750MB is the largest single night bundle of the three.
