Glo Data Plans in Nigeria by Price Per Gigabyte (2026)
Glo data starts at ₦50 for 45MB. The cheapest gigabyte in a 30-day plan is ₦156, on Always ON. Every plan, its price, validity and the code to buy it.
Every Glo data plan is bought from one menu: dial *312# and choose. Glo’s website no longer prints a separate code for each plan, and the old *127* codes are not on it. Only the Always ON plans have direct codes, in their table further down.
On price, the plan to know about is outside the monthly list: Always ON gives 30GB for ₦5,000.
Most Glo plans come in two parts: data you can use at any hour, and night data that works only from 12am to 5am. Glo adds the two together in its headline figure, so these tables split them. The prices per gigabyte count 1GB as 1,024MB, the way Glo’s own rates do. Among the all-purpose plans, only the ₦350 one-day plan, the ₦750 plan, the Always ON plans and the Mega plans have no night data in them.
Glo daily plans
| Price | Valid for | Anytime data | Night data | Total | Per GB, all data | Per GB, anytime data |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| ₦50 | 1 day | 40MB | 5MB | 45MB | ₦1,138 | ₦1,280 |
| ₦100 | 1 day | 120MB | 5MB | 125MB | ₦819 | ₦853 |
| ₦200 | 2 days | 250MB | 25MB | 275MB | ₦745 | ₦819 |
| ₦350 | 1 day | 1GB | None | 1GB | ₦350 | ₦350 |
| ₦500 | 1 day | 1GB | 1GB | 2GB | ₦250 | ₦500 |
Glo lists the ₦350 and ₦500 plans under “Special data bundles”. They are the ones to buy a day at a time: a gigabyte on the ₦100 plan costs more than twice what it does on the ₦350 one, and the ₦50 plan is about eight times the best Always ON rate.
Glo weekly plans
| Price | Valid for | Anytime data | Night data | Total | Per GB, all data | Per GB, anytime data |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| ₦500 | 7 days | 550MB | 1GB | 1.55GB | ₦325 | ₦931 |
| ₦750 | 14 days | 1.1GB | None | 1.1GB | ₦682 | ₦682 |
| ₦1,000 | 7 days | 1.7GB | 2GB | 3.7GB | ₦270 | ₦588 |
| ₦1,500 | 7 days | 4GB | 2GB | 6GB | ₦250 | ₦375 |
| ₦2,000 | 7 days | 6.5GB | 2.5GB | 9GB | ₦222 | ₦308 |
| ₦5,000 | 7 days | 22GB | 2.5GB | 24.5GB | ₦204 | ₦227 |
₦1,500 is the weekly plan to take. The ₦500 one looks cheap, but only 550MB of it works in the daytime. Glo lists a second ₦1,500 seven-day plan among its special bundles, with 3.9GB plus 2GB of night data, so the one above gives 100MB more for the same money.

| Price | Anytime data | Night data | Total | Per GB, all data | Per GB, anytime data |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| ₦1,000 | 1.1GB | 1.5GB | 2.6GB | ₦385 | ₦909 |
| ₦1,500 | 2.2GB | 3GB | 5.2GB | ₦288 | ₦682 |
| ₦2,000 | 3.25GB | 3GB | 6.25GB | ₦320 | ₦615 |
| ₦2,500 | 4.25GB | 3GB | 7.25GB | ₦345 | ₦588 |
| ₦3,000 | 8.5GB | 2GB | 10.5GB | ₦286 | ₦353 |
| ₦4,000 | 10.5GB | 2GB | 12.5GB | ₦320 | ₦381 |
| ₦5,000 | 14.5GB | 2GB | 16.5GB | ₦303 | ₦345 |
| ₦6,000 | 18.5GB | 2GB | 20.5GB | ₦293 | ₦324 |
| ₦8,000 | 26GB | 2GB | 28GB | ₦286 | ₦308 |
| ₦10,000 | 38GB | 4GB | 42GB | ₦238 | ₦263 |
| ₦15,000 | 62GB | 2GB | 64GB | ₦234 | ₦242 |
| ₦20,000 | 105GB | 2GB | 107GB | ₦187 | ₦190 |
Read the night data honestly. On the ₦1,000 plan, 1.5GB of the 2.6GB works only between midnight and 5am. If you are asleep then, you have paid ₦909 a gigabyte, not the ₦385 the headline suggests.
Skip the ₦2,500 plan: ₦500 more buys the ₦3,000 one and doubles the anytime data. ₦20,000 for 105GB is the first ordinary plan under ₦200 a gigabyte. These are the plans for uneven use, needing several gigabytes on some days and little on others. For steady use, Always ON beats them.
Glo Mega plans
| Price | Valid for | Data | Per GB |
|---|---|---|---|
| ₦30,000 | 30 days | 165GB | ₦182 |
| ₦60,000 | 90 days | 355GB | ₦169 |
| ₦150,000 | 1 year | 1,000GB | ₦150 |
The full list, with a Buy button for each plan, is on Glo’s data plans page.
Always ON, the plan outside the monthly list
Always ON plans hand out a fixed share of data each day at midnight. Whatever you do not use moves to the next day, until the plan expires. In exchange for that daily ration you get far more data for the money, and none of it is tied to the night hours.
| Price | Data | Each day | Valid for | Per GB | Code | Code, one-off |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| ₦2,000 | 6.1GB | 410MB | 15 days | ₦328 | *312*183# | *312*456# |
| ₦3,500 | 15GB | About 500MB | 30 days | ₦233 | *312*184# | *312*457# |
| ₦5,000 | 30GB | 1GB | 30 days | ₦167 | *312*185# | *312*458# |
| ₦7,000 | 45GB | 1.5GB | 30 days | ₦156 | *312*186# | *312*459# |
The first code buys the standard plan. Glo labels the second set “One Off”, the version that is bought once and does not renew. Always ON cannot be gifted to another number, and if you finish a day’s share early you wait for midnight or buy another plan.
₦5,000 suits a month of steady use: a gigabyte a day, 30GB in all, for the price of the 16.5GB monthly plan, 2GB of which only works after midnight. At ₦3,500, Always ON gives 15GB, where the ₦3,000 and ₦4,000 monthly plans give 8.5GB and 10.5GB of anytime data. For heavy use, ₦7,000 gives 45GB, where the ₦10,000 monthly plan gives 42GB, and 4GB of that is night data.

The night and weekend plans have rules of their own about hours and renewal. They are on our page about the Glo night plan.
For mostly WhatsApp and social apps, My-G at ₦1,000 gives 3.5GB for 30 days, where the ordinary ₦1,000 monthly plan gives 1.1GB of anytime data. If you also need Facebook, X or Telegram, the ₦500 social plan gives 1.8GB for 15 days.
Campus Booster costs the same as the ordinary plans and gives double the anytime data, but only while you are connected through one of the campus sites Glo lists. Away from them you get the ordinary plan’s volume. At ₦2,000 a student gets 6.5GB plus 3.5GB at night there, against 3.25GB plus 3GB on the ordinary plan.
With a Magic bundle, plan around the smallest bonus. Glo guarantees 3GB in all for ₦1,600 and 9GB for ₦3,500; anything above that is luck.
A new SIM has one more offer. Glo’s Oga SIM doubles the data on ordinary plans from ₦50 to ₦5,000 for about the first four months, and our page on what a new Glo SIM gets has the details.
Is there a Glo plan of ₦200 for 1GB, or ₦1,000 for 4GB?
₦200 for 1GB exists only as the Tuesday Data Fiesta: valid 24 hours, sold on Tuesdays in the Glo Café app. On other days ₦200 buys 275MB for two days, or 875MB to use at the weekend.
₦1,000 for 4GB does not quite exist. The ₦1,000 weekly plan is 3.7GB, of which 2GB is night data. Campus Booster at ₦1,000 is 4.2GB for 30 days, 2GB of it night data, but only on Glo’s listed campus sites.

Glo’s website gives no direct codes for the daily, weekly or monthly plans, so treat any long list of them with suspicion. The same plans are sold on hsi.glo.com, which Glo says to open on a Glo SIM, and in the Glo Café app, where Glo promises 10% extra data on plans bought there.
The app’s 100GB sign-up bonus is smaller than it sounds. Glo’s FAQ for the app says 75GB arrives at once and expires at midnight the same day. The rest comes as 5GB a month for five months, and each of those lasts a day too.
Rollover, renewal and running out
When you buy a plan, the menu asks whether it should renew automatically or be a one-off purchase. Choose one-off if you do not want airtime taken again when it expires.
Unused anytime data rolls over if you buy another plan of the same kind before the old one expires, or within a short grace period after: one day for a one-day plan, three days for plans of 2 to 29 days, and seven days for plans of 30 days or more. Glo’s FAQ says bonus data is not rolled over.
You can hold several plans at once. Plans of the same kind are merged and take the latest expiry date. One plan can also be shared with up to five other Glo numbers.
When your data finishes, browsing stops. Glo’s FAQ says airtime is only used once you opt in with *108*1#, at ₦3 per MB. That is ₦3,072 a gigabyte, about twenty times what the ₦7,000 Always ON plan charges, so leave it off unless you are stuck.
