    Since yesterday, Nov 23, 2015, I have not received any signal from my TV. I fulfilled the instruction about my payment sending SMS on about 4 occasions to 30333. Yet nothing happened.     If I paid 9420 naira on dstv and can’t access important match like Tottenham Hotspur Vs Chelsea while CTL of 3100 naira has full access to the same match, then is now time to say goodbye to DSTV and I will make sure most of my friends did the same thing , to be for warned is to be for harmed , thanks from Ajayi.

    I think it now time Nigerians do away from DSTV, I paid 9420 naira and still not enough to have all access to English premier league . for your information 3100 naira for a CTL package has all fixture and Nigerians are tired of this marginalization from DSTV or Multi choice or what ever they called there name. .

    Somebody please help me to tell DSTV to work on my decoder number 10294902985. It’s supposed to be a premium dual view decoder. I pay premium monthly fees but I’m not getting value for my money. The decoder has not worked for over 48 hours and still down as I post. How will I watch Premiership matches today? I’ve tried all listed DSTV customer care lines; but now realize that the lines are just there for decoration. I tried to post my complaint on their site; again, no luck! How can a company be this service insensitive? Can anybody get this message across to them?

    Why is it so difficult to get DSTV on the line 012703232? I have spent more than 30 minutes on the line without any agent picking the call and the line is not toll free and this has always been the experience. This is very sad. Kindly clear the E16 -4 error on my card no 1005275942 quickly. I made payment since yesterday and the automated processes are not working. I think DSTV needs a replacement.

    Why is it that your customer care line is not going since about three to four weeks. That is 012703232.

    Also, on my dstv decoder number 1043042764, most of the African Magic channels are not working well. If I’m watching a program, it will just suddenly display this channel is not available for this country, or the smart card is not enable for this channel, or your account has been suspended, when actually my subscription has not expired. For your information, I’m a premium subscriber. I demand adequate correction for these anomalies.
