Oppo finally comes out with their much-anticipated smartphone Oppo F11 Pro which is an upgraded version of the Oppo F11.

At first, any Oppo F series smartphone where seen as selfie-centric smartphones, but currently, the Oppo F series smartphones have gone away from offering just the best selfie camera and has become a full-blown smartphone which is currently in head to head battle with other upper mid-range smartphones.

The Oppo F11 Pro was announced in March 2019 and is expected to come in any time from now. The smartphone comes with high-end specs like a Notchless display, a motorized pop-up camera which has been one the center of attraction and other amazing specifications and features that will be discussed below.

Design

The Oppo F11 Pro comes in with a new and premium look that will both be appealing to those who don’t like notch and those who do. Like I mentioned earlier, the smartphone does not bring along any notch and it is actually the absence of the notch that has given rise to the adoption of the motorized pop-up selfie camera.

The new smartphone is built with both glass and plastic, while the front side is made of glass, the back side is made of plastic with a double-layered gradient paint finishing which made smartphone look more premium. Still, on the back side of the smartphone, you will find the well placed fingerprint sensor.

The Oppo F11 Pro comes in with a very large display of about 6.53-inch LTPS IPS touchscreen which has a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels. The display also has a 19.5:9 aspect ratio which will be awesome for viewing your favorite movie or playing your favorite game.

The Oppo F11 Pro houses its earpiece at the top of the screen, this is as a result of the absence of the notch and top bezel. Meanwhile, the ambient light sensor, the noise canceling mic are placed on both sides of the pop-up selfie camera.

Camera

Normally, the Oppo F series smartphones have been known as one of the best smartphones that offer great cameras, though they are fast becoming a full-blown smartphone.

The Oppo F11 Pro comes in with a total of three cameras, which consist of two at the back and the single pop-up mechanized selfie camera. On the back of this smartphone, you will find the dual primary camera which consists of a 48 MegaPixel sensor with an f/1.8 aperture. Meanwhile, the second one is a 5-MegaPixels camera with an f/2.4 aperture for depth sensing.

The memories of the two versions of the Oppo F11 Pro can be further expanded up to 256GB using the MicroSD card using the SIM slot. The Oppo F11 Pro uses Oppo’s refined Color OS, which runs on the Android 6.0 (Pie). So far, the performance of the smartphone was okay, because we never had issues making calls, connecting mobile data and more.

For the connectivity, we have the 4G LTE, WiFi, dual-SIM but with a hybrid setup, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS.

Battery

Powering the Oppo F11 Pro is a jumbo size Non-removable Li-Po 4000 mAh battery which also supports Fast battery charging technology (20W – VOOC 3.0).

The fast charging technology can offer you from 0% to 100% in 83 minutes. Meanwhile, the battery is sure to last you for about 17 hours of intensive web surfing, while the on standby, you have 109 hours.

Sadly, integrating a wireless charging technology was impossible as a result of the plastic back cover that the smartphone comes in with.

Other Features

  • FM ~ Yes,
  • 3.5mm Jack ~ Yes,
  • Expandable storage ~ Yes,
  • Triple Rear Cameras ~ No.
